This satin programme was produced for a vocal and instrumental concert at St. Mary's Hall, Coventry, on 17 May 1860, performed by the sisters Angelina and Lucy Rafter and the pianist Othomar Bitz. The programme included duets, songs and arias sung by Angelina and Lucy Rafter, with accompaniment and solos by Othomar Bitz who also sang the solo 'L'ange déchu'and is credited as the Director of the Grand Ducal Court Opera at Karlshuhe. Angelina Rafter, who also played the violin, is described as Prima Donna of the Royal Opera in Berlin, and Lucy Rafter as Prima Donna of the Grand Opera in Amsterdam, and of London Concerts. Certainly Lucy Rafter was a coloratura soprano since one of the pieces sung that evening was Mozart's Queen of the Night aria from The Magic Flute, famous for its soaringly high 'F'. Other pieces presented were by W. Horn, Fred Kuhlau, Giuseppe Verdi, Theodore Oesten, Alphonse Le Duc, W. Ball, Peter Joseph von Lindpaintner, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Friedrich Wilhelm Kücken, Wilhelm Kuhe, Giacomo Meyerbeer, Luigi Venzano, Johann Vogel and Vincenzo Bellini.
