Daniil Kharms: Incidents III
St Petersburg: M.K. Publishers, 1994

'Incidents III' is Mikhail Karasik's third collection of surreal short stories by the Russian avant-garde poet, author and dramatist Daniil Kharms. The book can be arranged physically in different ways and read in any order. This may be a metaphor for the random quality of the narratives, which were Kharms's veiled comment on the absurdities of Soviet life.
