A full length print showing Miss Adelaide Kemble (1815-1879) and Mrs. Alfred Shaw (1814-1876) in the opera of Seriramide by Gioachino Rossini (1792-1868). Miss Kemble is dressed in a full skirted dress and cloak, her right hand is outstretched and is clasped by Mrs. Alfred Shaw who is dressed as a man in full trousers, and knee length tunic and 3/4 length cloak.
