Formed as a simple rectangular box of knock-down construction. The narrow base is covered on the sides and front with a strip of black linoleum. The front has two sliding doors, completely plain but for tripartite division by vertical strips of veneer. The right hand door has a tall plate glass mirror with rounded corners fixed to its left side covering the left hand strip of veneer. On the inside the wardrobe is divided by a central standard into two halves. All the internal surfaces are veneered and pairs of chrome brackets of strips connect sides, central standard to the floors and cornice.
