A meditation on pregnancy and the moon.

Katharine Meynell's poetic text plays upon the names of the Seas of the Moon to describe the feelings of pregnancy. Susan Johanknecht's accompanying collagraphs depict pocket-like images which bring to mind the cradle or the womb. These themes are repeated through the book which is bound in iridescent lunar plastic and contained in a denim slipcase.
