Rudolf Bott is an award-winning silversmith who works with a range of metals and materials such as rock crystal. Bott’s practice explores the idea that individual materials have specific aesthetic forms. In Container II, Bott created the vessel and lid from simple, geometric forms with no decoration to highlight and celebrate the silver from which it is made.
