Bob the Builder was first introduced to children's television in the late 1990s on CBBC. Over the years Bob and his friends have become extremely popular with both young and old viewers alike, and have had two number one hit singles.

This play set contains Bob himself along with Pilchard the cat, Spud the scarecrow, Bird the bird, Roley the road roller and Lofty the crane. The set was made in the early 2000s to accomany the television series.
