Patch was released in 1966 and advertised as being Sindy's naughty little sister. She was given her own extensive wardrobe and accessories. The dungarees is her original outfit. There are a number of variations of these dungarees. The patch can be different sizes. it is usually on the left knee but sometimes on the right. Some dungarees have no patch at all. The denim of Patch's dungarees is much darker on later Hong Kong versions.
