HM Armed Forces Royal Marines Commando Sniper "Hawk Eyes" action figure, made by Character Group Plc., 2012. It is in mint condition in its original box.
Physical description
Boxed Royal Marines Commando Sniper action figure with "Hawk Eyes". The action figure is dressed in desert camouflage gillie suit and removable soft brimmed hat. The Sniper has black moulded plastic hair and painted facial details. The set includes a black and brown plastic L115 A3 Sniper Rifle accessory. The box is dark blue card, designed to look like metal. On the back of the box is a photograph of the Sniper wearing the full outfit. The front of the box has a panel with clear plastic, so that the figure can be viewed.

Object history
The HM Armed Forces Royal Marines Commando Sniper figure was first released in 2010, though this figure was manufactured in 2012. It was the first figure of the HM Armed Forces lines to have the "Hawk Eyes".

This action figure was featured in the V&A Museum of Childhood exhibition 'War Games', on display at this venue from the 25th May until the 2nd March 2014.
