This is a white mohair polar bear, made by Steiff in about 2000. It still has its button and label attached, proving its authenticity.
Steiff was founded in 1880 by Margarete Steiff, who designed the prototypes herself. However, it did not initially make teddy bears, something it began in 1902, and is now world famous for. The company remains popular to this day and its soft toys are known for their high quality.

Physical description
White mohair polar bear with some slight discolouration on the top, and at the points where the legs join the body. The mouth and nose are stitched in black, and eyes are black plastic buttons.
