Poster depicting two men, with their backs turned to each other, carrying flags aloft. The man on the left represents Henry Campbell-Bannerman, wears a kilt and Glengarry cap, and carries a red and white flag with four quarters. Two quarters depict the three lions of England, one depicts the single lion of Scotland, and the fourth is plain white. The man on the right is wearing plus fours, red socks, and a jacket and white shirt, with red scarf, and runs in the opposite direction to Bannerman whilst looking over his shoulder. He is carrying an Irish flag, the green harp flag of the 17th century Confederacy of Ireland (later an unofficial Irish maritime flag during the 18th and 19th centuries), depicting a golden winged-maided harp on a green background. The lettering states 'Vote for' with a space left for the name, 'And a United Empire, C.B's New Flag!!! Every vote given for Campbell-Bannerman is a vote given for Home Rule'. In the centre is a stamp in purple ink, stating the prices of the posters if filled in with the candidate's name.
