Object history
This drawing was previously attributed to Augustus Charles Pugin (the father of A. W. N. Pugin). It was reattributed to Frederick Nash as it is stylistically very similar to Nash's depiction of Notre Dame (P.97-1922). It is also attributed to Nash as a plate in Ackermann's 'A History of Oxford', Vol. 1, 1814, lettered 'F. Nash del.'.
