A coloured pencil and pastel illustration depicting three male figures smartly dressed in brown tweed suits. The figure to the left holds a monocle to his left eye; the central figure carries bincoulars and a rain mac; the figure to the right is largely obscured but holds binoculars to his eyes. 'Summit' is written above the three figures, and to the top-left of the image the central scene is reproduced in print, along with a stamped imitation postal mark reading 'Cue Shop London 1978'. The image is signed 'Hamza Arcan' along the left edge. The illustration is pasted on to a thick card mount.
