Puppet representing Busby the Policeman. Paper mache head with felt hat with the Union Jck on the front. He has a cloth moustache and eyebrows. Puppet wears a navy coat with red trim, white lace cuffs and collar, and yellow felt buttons, and mustard trousers. Underneath is a blue waistcoat with yellow felt buttons. Felt hands.
