Place of origin

These white chino shorts are from Burberry’s Spring/Summer 2011 range for children.

Designed for a four-year-old boy, the shorts feature details of the brand’s trademark Newmarket check along the hems and lining. Following a flat-fronted chino design for adults, the shorts have been adapted for children by including adjustable elastic at the waistband to make them easier to slip on and off.

This British fashion label was established by Thomas Burberry in 1856 after he invented the waterproof fabric gabardine. This garment was purchased from Selfridges & Co. department store.
