Illustrated in colour with large scene from the opera in the middle of the page, set in a wood, featuring four figures wearing long coats and cocked hats. Also illustrated with smaller scenes at the top left, bottom left and bottom right of the page. The scene at the top left features three gentlemen, the middle one holding a written document. The two scenes at the bottom feature a group of hunters wearing red coats, with dogs on the right side.
