Bowl, silver, parcel-gilt. The curve of the profile is embossed and chased with a continuous pattern of naturalistic cabbage leaves: each of these motifs curls over at the end to form an arch of forms in high relief. The neck is simply moulded. The outside is plain, the inside gilt.
