Physical description
The Game of Knowledge, board game comprising box and inner trays, complete with large game board, question cards in multiple categories, playing pieces and rings in six colours. One red ring and eight general knowledge cards missing. Colour theme of dark background with coloured stars and planets across all parts, and the game title appears on all printed parts of box and cards.

Cardboard box colour-printed on outside with pictures, logos and questions. Inside is printed in black and white with playing instructions. Moulded black plastic inner tray and red card holder. The lid has a dark space-themed background with stars. There is also an image of children playing the game, and the base has photo of two adults and two children around game board.

The board is printed with a design of the planets of the solar system, from Earth outwards to the imaginary planet Galaxia. There is a large game logo in bottom left. Coloured arrows in outward spiral.

The playing pieces or pawns have round bases with upright post to hold rings as they are collected throughout the game. There are six rings of six colours each: orange, blue, light blue, yellow, green and red (one missing – only five). They have hole in the middle to fit onto playing pawn, and some have plastic extrusion where they have been cut from the sprue. Each base and ring has a raised circle so they nest on the one below.
