Man's sash (patka) of silk and metal-wrapped thread. Pink field with brocaded leaf designs in metal-wrapped thread in staggered rows. Both end borders have a row of 6 flowering plants (poppies?) in pink and green silk and metal-wrapped thread, with minor borders of meandering floral design. Added gold fringe at both ends. A pronounced vertical fold along the length of the sash shows that it was worn folded lengthwise.
