The text on the right-hand side of the poster reads, 'Mädel, wenn Du Kindergärtnerin, Schwester oder Volkspflegerin werden willst, kannst Du sofort nach erfolgreicher Beendigung der Mittel- Haupt- oder auch der Volksschule als NSV. - Vorschülerin Aufnahme finden. Der Einsatz erfolgt in NSV. -Einrichtungen wie Säuglingsheimen, Krippen, Jugendheimstätten, Kindergärten, Jugenderholungs- und Mütterheimen. Die Fachausbildung beginnt mit dem vollendeten 16., 18. oder 19. Lebensjahr.'
