This game was one of a serires released by Mastertronic. Aimed at the budget market, they were available for less than £2.00 and distributed through local newsagents as well as the usual high street outlets. Agent X was released in 1986 for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum home computer market. An arcade style car chase and maze game, the objective is to save the kidnapped President by driving to the mine where is held hostage and traversing through the caves. As with most games for the Sinclair Spectrum, it would be loaded by playing a cassette, taking several minutes before you could play.
