Poster encouraging road safety. The poster is dark-blue, and has a rear view of the lower-half of a shadowy figure riding a bicycle. The rear mudguard is picked out in white, and two red discs (one with a black patterned surface) denote bicycle lamps. At the bottom of the image, separated by the cycle wheel are the words, 'Cyclists's' in black, and in white, 'Keep them clean', and below this, in pale blue, 'Make sure you are seen'. The artist has signed himself 'Eckersley 47' in the upper right corner of the poster.
