The eyes are black and white, while most of the background is brown, with the lower right corner, delineated by an eyebrow, and a vertical line representing the bridge of the nose, coloured in a dark beige. At the top of the poster ar the numbers '53' and '85', above the title, 'Three Decades of Artists from inner London's art schools', and information relating to the dates and location of the exhibition.
