Costume design by Cecil Beaton for Woman in Ball Gown in Apparitions. Full length female figure, dancing. She is viewed from the back, her head turned to look up and to her right. She wears a ball gown in shades of brown, the full skirt with attached drapes. A long drape falls from her headdress and attaches to the drapery on the skirt. There are two further dancing figures in the background, right. Signed 'Beaton' in lower right hand corner.
