Stage costume for a male dancer, designed and made by Mr Pearl for Angels and Exiles by Matthew Hawkins, 2000.
Angels and Exiles was choreographed for the opening season at the Clore Studio of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, and performed from 19-24 September 2000. It was set to Redemption by Cesar Franck with a text by Edouard Blau. The production featured a sculpture of discarded ballet shoes created by Sophia Clist and was lit by Charles Balfour.
