This poster shows a series of photographs documenting events of the Russian Civil War (1918-1921) from the point of view of the White Russian side. It commemorates the general-lieutenant Vladimir May-Mayevsky, the Commander of the Volunteer army. It also shows the connection of the White Army with the British Royal Navy, which provided help to the White Russian Army fighting with the Bolsheviks. Another section of the poster shows the crimes perpetrated by the Bolsheviks while in power in the Southern city of Kharkiv. Both, the Reds and the Whites, commited multiple war crimes and left countless dead as a result of the Civil war.
