Mahogany cabinet decorated with sunken-fret carving and cast brass handles. Legs of square section decorated in an imitation of "Chinese Chippendale", with Rococo stretchers supporting a central rectangular tray with openwork gallery. The superstructure has a central section flanked by two glazed cupboards, all suspended on mirror-back with pillars in front. The central section is composed of two shaped shelves surmounted by an openwork ogee-domed hood. The top section has mirror-glass at the back, the middle tier a carved Rococo ornament.
The whole is of Victorian form but is decorated with well executed ornament in a style strongly influenced by Chippendale's designs
