Costume for Mrs Smith consisting of an 18th century-style brocade bodice and full skirt in bold red and gold flower design. The corset bodice is boned, with lace along the neckline and a decorative cord trim to the front panel. Loose elbow length sleeves are finished with lace and decorative cord trim. The skirt has heavy rope trim sewn along hem, for weight. The contrasting gold lining features flowers outlined in black.

Skirt has been loosely sewn on to bodice.
