Ken Eastman is a studio potter who specialises in soft slab-built stoneware vessels. His innovative collaboration with Royal Crown Derby saw his characteristic forms translated into slip-cast bone china and decorated with designs inspired by the factory’s historic patterns. Here, Eastman has appropriated the popular ‘Olde Avesbury’ pattern, introduced in 1932.
