Woman's necklace in the form of a copper cross suspended from a black velvet band which is embroidered with silver thread, spangles and glass beads. The neck ornament is worked with a wavy stem and small rosettes. Three are two loops for the arms and three pendant bands (two of which have tassels of silver wire); above the cross is a copper clasp in the form of a heart. The Breton word for this necklace is voulous en pailletette.

Object history
This necklace was part of a wedding outfit worn by the bride at a wedding in the district between Quimperlé and Pont-Aven, Finistère.
