The Ants Invasion tour featured a new band line-up, most notably guitarist Marco Pirronni, with whom Adam Ant would go on to write many of his hit records. The tour marked the transition from the band’s punk roots to the much more flamboyant sets and costumes that would accompany The Prince Charming Revue.
