Place of origin

This small metal steering wheel would have been sent to music magazines and radio stations in order to promote the band Chicago, to get their records played or reviewed.

Chicago are an American band from 1967 that started with an experimental sound and attitude but found greatest success with a more middle-of-the-road (MOR) sound.
