Object history | Placed oroginally with a headed paper for the Society for Theatre Research when collection was aquired. A note related to this object compare p. 6 illustration of Punchnella with an illustration Puppet and Joan in whellchair from Punch's Puppet Show 1772. Another note states: 'For further information about the Harlequinade Turn-Ups see the Juvenile Drama section and the folloing article in Theatre Notebook I 46 - 8, 100; VII 84, 96; Xv 103; XXXIII 38; XLIX 110-111 and XLV 70-84. |
