This design appears to be part of a series of prints published by Martinet, Rue du Coq, of which this example is labelled as number 418. It is part of the Harry Beard Collection.

Physical description
This full length coloured engraving shows a man dressed in a heavy red doublet with bands of black. This is worn over a grey tunic trimmed with thin bands of yellow and a stiff white ruff. The doublet is belted at the waist where he also wears a sword in a yellow and black sheath. He also wears an ornate chain of office and two armour plates (greaves) on his shins.
