La tragedie des Horaces possibly refers to the tragedy Horace written by Pierre Corneille (1606-1684) in 1640.
This design appears to be part of a series of prints published by Martinet, Rue du Coq, of which this example is labelled as number 266. It is part of the Harry Beard Collection.
