The woman is dressed in a dark blue gown with a short sleeved black overdress and kneeling at her feet, her hand grasped in his, is a man dressed in fawn coloured breeches and a dark brown cutaway jacket. Just visible in the background is another female figure dressed in a plain white dress and with a long yellow shawl draped across her shoulders. |
