A coloured lithograph titled 'M. Dumenil in the role of Prince Alambie, in Riquet a la Houpe, Vaudeville, Théâtre de la Gaité'.
A performance of this spectacular 'mélo-féerie' in two acts written by Simonnin, music arranged by Leblanc, was performed at the Gaité on 28th September 1811. The text was presumably inspired by the French fairytale of Riquet a la Houppe.
