The text at the top of the print indicates that it is No.35 of a series. It appears to have been connected with a production at the Opéra Comique. Sarah ou L'Orpheline de Glencoé, premiered at the Opéra-Comique, Paris in 1836 where the singer and actress Jenny (Marguerite) Colon became a famous and popular actress.
The print is part of the Harry Beard Collection.
