He also wears a large white bow tie, white gloves and carries a shining top hat in his left hand which he doffs towards the audience. Four couples all attired for weddings stand behind him.

The back sheet is printed with a list of Francis, Day & Hunter's Latest Vocal Successes on the exterior and the lyrics of the song its interior.
