The front sheet is illustrated with a lithograph created by the lithographer T.W. Lee. This consists of a head and shoulders portrait, presumably of Mr. R. Green who is said to have sung the song 'with the greatest Applause' at the Alhambra, Leicester Square.

He is dressed in a neat jacket, waistcoat and shirt and wears a thick beard and moustache.
