She is carrying a large fan in her left hand and is directing an exaggerated wink at the viewer. Head and shoulder portraits of gentlemen of various ages and professions, (the majority dressed in evening wear) surround this central illustration.

The back sheet has a list of Francis, Day and Hunter's 'Newest Comic Songs'.
