Annotated in ink 'In the grounds of Sigmondshoff. 11 Berlin (Tiergarten bahnhof) looking up at Studio.33. without the faintest thought of the future. See 1906-1908.' The annotation is signed but the signature is not legible, with a partly legible date 'October. 5.4...' and place 'Corbeil...'.
