Dress and belt, the dress a shirtwaist in pale pink-beige cotton with a printed flower sprig, high band collar and knife-pleated skirt. The collar, yoke, skirt hem, sleeves and wristbands covered with appliquéd bands of woven and brocaded ribbon. The belt a length of multicoloured woven cotton ribbon lined with turquoise cotton.
