Design for the frontispiece of Covent Garden Theatre, London; showing a proscenium arch frontispiece decoration of two neo-classical sculptural paintings, of a desolate looking woman dressed in a hooded & robed garment, with cherubs playing at her feet, her left arm resting on a column, on plinth with garland decoration, with a crossed dagger motif in the centre, on the right is a robed woman carrying a fish shaped vessel on her shoulder, holding a long thin spear in the other hand, also with playing cherubs at her feet, and with a garlanded plinth below. Above are garlands of flowers, cherubs, some with horns, with a Latin inscription at the top. All surrounding a plain grey centre.
