Vase and cover of soft-paste porcelain, painted in enamel colours. Pear-shaped, with domed lid with strawberry knob, on six-footed pedestal picked out in pale blue and pink; two green twig handles. Painted with bunches of flowers and scenes with pseudo-Chinese figures. On the neck and at the foot sprays of flowers in white enamel of formal chrysanthemums in Japanese style.
