Print entitled 'Fishing for Flats or a Drag from the Stock Exchange' commenting on the accusation that Charles James Fox had been spreading rumours of a peace agreement to raise the price of Government funds. Fox stands at the steps of the Treasury and with the help of Henry Petty-Fitzmaurice, Charles Grey and Richard Brinsley Sheridan hauls in a large fishing net from the 'Pool of Speculation' containing men accompanied by a sign which reads 'Peace within a Fortnight'. Published in London by S. W. Fores.
