Hexagonal in shape and painted with bright-coloured birds perched on branches and insects in small panels with gilt borders of rococo scrollwork reserved on a ground of scale-pattern in blue. Mounted with a foot and rim of scrollwork united by two leafy handles rising above the rim, in ormoulu.
