Seen from each end this toy is triangular in shape, the makers label appears on the larger of the two triangles. A card structure with two glass windows, one in the body and one in the small triangular end. The toy contins coloured paper shavings and lozenge shaped pieces of card. The toy is covered with blue paper, decorated with a gold band set at an angle.
