Lid of box is card covered in blue paper on top and sides. Colour illustration and decoration. Information and directions for use are attached to un the underside of lid. Base of box is card covered in blue paper on base and exterior sides. Designoscope is a triangular tube of metal sprayed gold, mounted on two prongs in sockets to a rounded cornered rectanhular base. A circular disc-covered in white paper can be rotated. The booklet is entitled 'The Designer The Wonder of Modern Art'. Inside a brown paper envelope are a collection of scraps foil, paper and material scraps as well as beads and thread. There is a made-up model of how the designer scope works with mirrors and a white base.
