The face, body and legs are painted white with black painted facial features. It is cobvered withh white animal hair. The paws are of silver painted metal. The dog is jointed at the neck, soulders, top of legs, knees and ankles. The control is wooden and cross shaped, stamped Pelham Puppet. The string is black thread and string is used in the limbs. The box has a purple and blue label. MArked 'Simple Dancing Puppet with Fully Illustrated Instructions, Made in England'. Side of the box stamped 'Tipels' and 'Boy'. On the box label written in pencil 'Elizabeth Thomas' and 'Willie and Wags'.
